What can I do to make my data go further? Both Apple and Android devices have built-in functionality to help in making data last longer. When travelling we do not want data used up for OS or App updates, so each device type provides a feature; Apple - Low Data Mode and Android - Data Saver Mode.
It is strongly recommended to enable these features to stop any unexpected data use, meaning more time for the things you need and want to do on your travels.
