Sometimes you may find your eSIM has disabled itself, or sometimes it may be necessary or you may decide to disable your eSIMs.
Reasons for disabling eSIMs:
- If you want to install a different eSIM.
- If you want to save the data.
- If you are travelling and want to use a different eSIM.
Reasons for enabling eSIMs:
- Your eSIM may have been turned off during an update.
- Your internet has stopped working and you want to ensure your eSIM isn't disabled.
- You have just installed your eSIM and want to enable it.
This guide will walk you through how to disable and enable your eSIMs on your Android Device.
Enabling eSIMs.
1. Go into Settings.
2. Go into "SIM cards & mobile networks"
3. Scroll down until you see the option "Manage eSIM"
4. Click on the eSIM and it will allow you to enable it > Wait for it to enable.
5. Your eSIM is now enabled.
Disabling eSIMs.
1. Go into Settings.
2. Click on "SIM cards & mobile networks"
3. Scroll down until you see the option "Manage eSIM" > Click into it.
4. Click on the eSIM and it will allow you to disable it > Accept the prompt.
5. Your eSIM is now disabled.
