If you are struggling with a poor-quality connection on a particular network, then we advise you manually search and select a different network. You will only be able to get an internet connection on the network(s) we offer a service on.
To look at this, follow these steps:

Open the Settings app on your Fairphone device.

Tap on "Network & Internet".

Tap on "Mobile network".

Tap on "Advanced".

Tap on "Operator selection".

Select "Manual" instead of "Automatic".

Wait for your Fairphone to scan for available networks.

Select the network you want to use from the list of available networks.

Wait for your Fairphone to register with the selected network.
